All items are handmade or custom‑produced.
Standard processing time: 3–7 business days.
Custom, bulk, or highly detailed orders may require additional time. You’ll be contacted with an estimated completion date if this applies.

Delivery times begin once your order has been processed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Destination
Order weight
Selected shipping method

Custom orders may require additional packaging or handling fees. These will be communicated before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (where available). Some international destinations may not support full tracking.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.
3dge Lane Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
Lost parcels will be investigated with the courier. Refunds or replacements depend on the courier’s findings.
Courier or customs delays are outside our control, but we’ll always assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
